Bank Junction is an absolute nightmare. It is the main reason that I limit my cycling activities to East London around where I live. The prospect of having to negotiate this cauldron of buses and taxis makes me decide to take the tube every time. The route towards Holborn and beyond could also easily accomodate a cycling lane and separate cyclists from the very fast moving traffic on this road.
