Two-way cycle track is far too narrow for volumes of cyclists using it at peak times. Going head-to-head with a throng of oncoming cyclists from the opposite direction is really unpleasant and scary.

Shiny new bike contraflow in Wood St @cityoflondon Used to be shared use pavement & horrid conflict during office hours. Much improved.
This seems to be where the East-West Cycle Superhighway (opening in two days!) changes from one side of the Embankment to the other.

Perhaps the Keep Clear markings are not needed now that only cyclists are allowed to come through the narrow section.
